The Board of Directors of the Harvard Villas Homeowners Association will be holding a telephonic meeting on Friday, April 9, 2021 at 9:00 am. This meeting will be telephonic and there is log-in instructions posted onto the notice as well as placed onto the Association’s web-site. The purpose of this meeting is an organizational meeting to discuss items concerning Association affairs.

As you may be aware, we will be holding the Annual Election for the Harvard Villas Homeowners Association scheduled for Tuesday, March 16, 2021 at 6:00PM. This meeting will be held telephonically and instructions have been provided within this notice for member access to the election meeting. Further, members have the ability to cast their ballot or submit their proxy electronically through the Association’s web-site.

With this meeting, there are three (3) positions available and each member/property has three (3) total votes to cast for candidates. We are happy to announce that six (6) individual members have submitted their candidacy statements with the interest in serving on the Board of Directors.

This upcoming meeting is important as it represents the transference of governance from the Declarant to the Membership. We ask that all members participate with this upcoming election so that to achieve the transition accordingly.
